Paper consumption

In this section you can estimate the indirect carbon dioxide emissions from paper consumption. The calculation of CO2 emissions from paper is significantly different from that of electricity, heating and transport, as the carbon dioxide emissions from paper are determined on the basis of the energy consumed throughout its life cycle. The life cycle of paper consumption includes, among other things, logging, the production of pulp and paper, energy production, transport and end use. You can enter data of purchased or consumed paper.

Notice that all data of purchased or consumed paper made of recycled fibre pulp is entered to different section.
