In this section you can estimate the carbon dioxide emissions created through traffic based on data on fuel consumption. Enter data in either litres or fuel costs. Each litre of diesel or petrol consumed creates a specific amount of carbon dioxide regardless of the size of the vehicle used. As such, you can calculate the total fuel-specific consumption or costs of different vehicles for the period in question and enter these total values into the fields below to estimate CO2 emissions.
Make sure that you don't fill in source information concerning the same trips as in the "Road traffic by vehicle" calculation table.
In this section you can estimate the carbon dioxide emissions from personal traffic by vehicle. You can enter source information in either kilometres, travel costs or the number of trips made. Calculate the totals for the source information (e.g. taxi receipts or total kilometres driven by petrol-powered private cars) and enter the amounts below.
Make sure that you don't fill in source information concerning the same trips as in the "Road traffic based on fuel consumption" calculation table.
Emissions are calculated by a hybrid vehicle consuming gasoline.
